Having the same issue with D5-300C, I have the first 2 drives set to raid and 1 other disk installed. I can read and write from the PC to all drives with no problems, the error occurs when I try to copy files between the drives on the D5. Error 0x800701B1 or something similar, then have to shutdown and restart to get the drives functioning again.
I have a Dell xps 8950 i9 64GB Ram Win 11
windows is fully upto date and so are all my drivers
I have run Dells diagnostic utility and everything passed
The Powered Hub did not work for me, I have also tried all 7 USB 3 ports on PC but all have the same issue.
The only thing that does work is if I plug it into a USB 2 port and then everything works OK! but of course very slowly
Any other solutions or help with this??
Thanks,
Neil
