DockerEngine's startup commands must be right, you can get serious by typing them manually.I've installed crond to run this command, but sometimes docker engine still doesn't start.
Regarding crontab, how do you set it up?
Also, you can try Control Panel - Schedule Tasks to set up tasks to start automatically after boot.
