I hope I'm missing something, but I spoke with tech support and sent screenshots. I cannot see this folder in the file manager as it's outside of the public folder. I'll send you a screenshot though.You may misunderstand something.
All the directories you can see in File Manager are available as optional directories on CloudSync.
You can also expand the Plex folder and ultimately select the subdirectory you want as the backup source.
If you are still confused, please send a screenshot of the problem you are experiencing.
