Hello, I have setup a new Terramaster F4-423 with 2 x 4TB ironwolf in TRAID, and for a week now everything was perfect, the transfer speeds from my PC to the NAS and NAS to PC were always 100MB/s, was able to transfer more than 50000 files in no time (800GB). Today I wanted to transfer a couple of files (around 900) total of 200GB, and it says it will take 6+ hours, with transfer speed of 10MB/s.
I tried just 1, 10, 100, files all of them 10MB/s. Also from the NAS it's suddenly 10MB/s.
I checked the network, on the NAS it's Bond network, it uses both 2.5G ports, but since my router has only 1G ports, it is maxed at 2000 Mbps bandwith. But as I said, the whole week I could transfer at 100MB/s.
One thing I changed today was:
I installed 1 x 1TB nvme 2280 m2 WD black to use as thumbnail drive (basically cache).
I first tried out to set this nvme to "Hyper Cache" of terramaster, but then I reverted it as just a drive. I think this must have caused some issue. What do you think?
All hardware new, TOS 5.1.4+.
