Plex • Plex "configuring" after hitting reset

I am using an F4-210 4 bay quad-core 1.4GHz, 1GB DDR Terramaster NAS
I was using the Desktop TOS interface and was opening my Plex app and I selected reset instead of enter. Now Plex has been "configuring" for hours. Is this normal and/or do I need to continue to just wait?
