Network & Remote Access • Lan connectivity or interface problem

Ok so I have a F6-424 Max with the OS installed on an NVME drive with a secondary nvme for read/write cache. 64GB ram with a 48 GB "ramdisk" created for plex transcodes. I have the storage portion configured in EXT4 TRAID. I use LAN 1 for network and it is operating at 10G.

Lately the web interface and plex clients are unable to access the NAS. It is as though the NAS is disconnected from the network. Upon investigation in the router, there is the proper IP assigned to the nas in the client list of active addresses. I did observe that the NAS would disappear from the list periodically.

A reboot of the NAS seems to restore connectivity for a random amount of time. Recently, disconnecting the lan cable from the nas and reconnecting it also seems to restore connectivity for an indeterminate duration.

While I do feel more investigation is required in order to isolate the issue, I was wondering if anyone else experienced similar behavior. The device in about 30 days old.

Moving forward I will try utilizing lan 2 port and see if the fault disappears which would point at a lan 1 port problem. I will also try to replace the lan cable if the port swap doesn't affect positive results. The basic TOS 6 logs that populate do not indicate any network issues or any other errors. All drives in the system report "green" with no issues.
