The 1.6TB SSD (HDD2) in question is the following unit:
Checked for bad sectors using TOS: no bad sectors. Formatted the Storage Pool which is still stuck at 1.0TB, and created a volume and it is 921.38GB. Compared to Windows 10, I'm missing out on over 500GB of space. Very frustrating.
